    I've just heard that the director of football at Nice is set to join Southampton. Does that open the door to Ganaye to move to Nice? I'm sure he'd be high on the list.

    A Director or Football is an entirely different role to a CEO.

    *CEO is usually business background with an understand of football.

    *DoF is usually football background with an understanding of business.

    GG has his roots over here with his Scottish? wife too don’t forget.

    Nice are having their own problems at present Ballottelli has asked his lawyers to try to find a way for them and the football club to come to a financial agreement to terminate his contract

    There’s no doubt he’ll want to go. I’m not kidding myself into thinking him & Stendel are here for the long term. They’ll both want to impress & get better jobs. They’ll not be leaving their families behind with the aim of staying on good but not anything special wages for next couple of decades
