    Thats handy we are short of Quality Centre Backs ... oh hang on
    Only reason we would do that is if we were planning to sell Pinnock or Lindsay.
    Unless its to replace Jackson of course

    I cant help thinking Centre Half is our lowest priority position to strengthen at the moment though

    Seems to be good forward planning to me if true. Jackson due to leave at the end of season and has reportedly rejected a new deal. Doesn't mean we're not also looking to strengthen other areas.

    I disagree. It’s well reported that Jackson has turned down a new contract so I’m sure that the club are looking for a replacement as Jackson is leaving in the summer at the latest, as things stand.

    Makes sense to keep the conveyor belt moving. I'm sure we'll lose at least 1 centre half by the time next season kicks off

    I like the idea of us signing other teams young captains. Worked pretty well with Angus previously, and extremely well with Conor.

    If he can play up front as well, he could be useful. If Jacko moves on I think we'd need some cover at CB, I know Fryers can play there as well.

    If true I reckon it's to replace Jackson. Can't blame him not wanting to sign a new contract to be a bench warmer. So sell him this month so we don't lose him for nothing in the summer and use that money to bring in a replacement this month.

    Injured against MK Dons and not played at all since the end of September. Echoes of McGeehan signing, but he should be back to fitness quite soon now. he has been out for twelve weeks.
