Expect a whole match of biased decisions in favour of the Premier League team, Barnsley being Third Division cloggers
Whats new every game involving Barnsley is biased against us I’m hoping there is a VAR incident involving us to see if we get diddled by that as well
I’m level with that so not sure why the Linesman didn’t see it. Mind you he’s not moving too well. Looks older than Methusala’s Dad.
That was one of the strangest referee decisions that I've ever seen. Burnley player steps up to take the penalty, the ref blows his whistle and the player already starts his run, and only then the ref blows his whistle again to overturn the penalty decision. I'd have been furious had that happened to us!
The booking of Williams annoyed me. Yes it was worthy of one. But he let the exact same type of challenge where one of their players kicked at the ankles and knocked him over. Just a foul no booking. He had his card out within seconds when Williams did it.
Awful, awful biased referee. Think we've had him five times over the last 2-3 seasons and he's given five penalties to the opposition - he just exudes an air of 'I can't wait to penalise you, Barnsley'. Made even worse today by the fact that he's started to pick up the odd Premier League game recently so will have wanted to ingratiate himself with the Premier League club to get further up that greasy pole. Leave aside the penalties - okay, so he blew Williams up for a foul throw and made a song and dance about it, but on the, at least three occasions when Burnley took identical throws he did precisely **** all.
