Technically speaking they should be back at their parent clubs today, or have we got special dispensation to play them under the terms of the sale agreements? Nothing said by the club about these two so I hope they are both ok for today.
Bähre came to us on a year long loan so no issue with him, not that I’m expecting there to be one with Woodrow
We haven't confirmed on the official site that the Woodrow and Bradshaw deals have definitely gone through today like they were due to, so we will have to wait and see if Woodrow is in the squad.
Not sure how it all works really, presumably the loan "deal"for Woodrow just runs into Jan so he may still technically be on loan today. Then the paper work can be sorted at a later date. As I understand the Woodrow and Bradsahw deals there is no backing out so they are basically done deals. As said above Bahre is season long so doesn't matter at all.
I wouldn't be overly surprised if the initial loan deals were until 2nd Jan to cover any possible problems since today is officially a bank holiday. Thinking about it the summer transfer window has been known to finish on sept 1st if Aug 31st is a bank holiday Monday or on teh weekend.
I think your spot on in your thinking, I'm sure I remember reading somewhere all loans run to 2nd or 3rd to cover this issue
I think the Bradshaw and Woodrow deals are a bit unique in that they were essentially a proper transfer but just had to be a loan initially to get round the new early 5th August deadline. Defo permanent. Be amazed by anything other.
The team will be revealed in ten minutes but even if Woodrow is in the squad it doesn't mean he has signed. Could still be a loan.
No. Hes defo signed. Loads of teams were doing it to get round the early window closing. Ive been on Fulhams board and they confirm it. Nailed on. Chill
I'm not saying there's a problem, but how does going on "Fulham's board" confirm it? They are no wiser than we are.
