No, you can get an International Driving Permit - there is no such thing as an international driving licence. It is available for £5.50 per year from major post offices. It is, however, only valid with your driving licence - and if that is not valid in Europe then it doesn't matter how many permits you have, you haven't got a valid driving licence.
So with this brexit, am I right in thinking that Neapolitan Ice cream will be more expensive but steak Canadians will be cheaper? Sounds like a load of old hot air to me. Does it also mean that either of our major parties in this country will be any more credible than the ******* jokes they are at the minute? #january17toblameforhiroshima
And in the latest news, Dominic Raab is now refusing to appear before the Parliamentary committees until after a deal is finalized. Sovereignty my arse. https://www.parliament.uk/business/...parliament-2017/dominic-raab-letter-scrutiny/
The French have significant infrastructure at the Swiss border for freight and a normal queue for travelers. The volume would be much greater at our border with France, so much bigger facilities are needed-France has the land, unless we are in customs union expect big lorry parks and lots of delays for freight. There really is no other choice
We’re not an independent member and we’re trying to pull a fast one by applying for the same status as the EU, and quite rightly some countries are saying “actually we don’t think the uk should get the same rules as the hundreds of millions EU block”. Ironically all the haters of the CAP should be applauding this stance.
We are a member in our own right. As are the other members of the EU and the EU itself. Our tariff agreements and tariffs are tied to the EU as you say and the rejected motion was to essentially copy and paste those agreements. Hardly surprising this was rejected by other members. @Terry Nutkins said we weren't members. This is incorrect. We are.
Hasn't the Tory MP for Dover gone apeshit with the transport secretary in the last couple of weeks because he found out work had started on the M26 to turn it into a holding area for lorries in the event of a no-deal (after being promised there were no plans to do this earlier in the year)
I was responding to the fact that during the previous messages, it was stated that we couldn’t move to WTO rules, Deetee said we were already in WTO and he was suggesting that we were in and would stay in. I said he was wrong. I was in the middle of a 121 and should have probably explained. Deetee is a leaver, he’s made it clear in previous posts so you know which way his breads buttered. Point taken, next time I’ll write more of what I mean.
121.....is that a sexual position?....if so, my advice would be to keep your mind on the job, the BBS can wait.
The M26, M20 and Kent manston airport (now closed) as far as I know. Be a right old mess if the fence decide to play hardball.
