    Shows a complete lack of morals from Beckham. I hope that he is blacklisted from any future national events because of this.

    He shouldn't have done it and I am in no way condoning speeding, but i'm sure if anyone on here got done and the NIP came late, you can't tell me you wouldn't try avoiding points and a fine to get off.

    The police are fully aware of the time limitations and they've dropped an almighty bollock on this one. I got done for doing 79 on a motorway at Christmas and it turned up within 2 days. No excuse whatsover for breaching 14 day limit.

    So for argument's sake let's disregard the speed (as it is quite excessive) are you honestly telling me that if a mate flagged up to you that you could challenge a NIP for arriving late, you would disregard that opportunity and take the fine and points?
