    Of course we should be favourites, but are Walsall really 8/1 shots? They are still unbeaten and are only below us on goal difference.

    Anyone who’s not a Barnsley fan should look at that and have a few pound on it just as a speculative bet.

    I don't know much about Walsall, other than they're up there with us and unbeaten.

    Bookies are no mugs though, and will be aware of how much we're creating.

    14-1 Walsall win and both teams to score would give you better value as I can see us scoring.

    Their fans seem pretty confident that they can get a result, due to the fact
    that Dougall and Davies are missing. They are hoping it's not called off.
    Have to say, I still fancy us to beat them irrespective of who is selected
    to cover Kenny's absence. Don't forget our two new boys could well feature.

    Betting aside, I’m a little concerned about the absence of some key players. The ‘B’ team has already come up well short against Blackpool. I expect the fringe players to get another run-out against Oldham tomorrow. If they struggle again I’ll start to worry.
