Going to Barnsley ....... leave friends at home

    ........ had a great day in Barnsley today - spoke to loads of people.

    Went and sat next to a women called Pat - who took a book out of her rucksack with 32,000 types of beers in it that she had drunk.
    Then a guy who has epileptic fits sat with us and he was telling us that he went blind with medication doctors prescribed.
    Then a guy walks in with a Barnsley shirt on and a white stick - so I waved him and his helper over to sit with us - and asked him how the hell can a blind man watch football.
    His name was Martin - very inspirational.
    All 5 of us sat round having a chat
    It’s great in town.
    Very friendly with some weird and wonderful people in it.

    I know him through my mate John who's also blind. They go all over "watching" the reds. He's a card is martin. Has some good stories.
