Has anybody had a response from iFollow regarding the technical issues after half time? Sent them an email to complain and haven't had anything in response back since the automated reply when I first sent it.
They went over time at haif time cleaning all the cameras darn wi disinfectant, that swine flu can be a reight *******.
Heres my response after asking for a refund at the time of losing the stream. Response received today. After several login, delays, wrong comms on the audio and now this and the poor response ill be cancelling the monthly sub. Does anyone know how to cancel or is it by email? Make sure you keep checking your bank statements if you cancel. I cancelled mine by email about a year ago, and also cancelled my direct debit with my bank. When renewal came round they reinstated the direct debit and took some more money, without telling me. I only found out when I noticed it on a bank statement. To be fair they did eventually refund the money, but just keep an eye on it.
Can they legally do that? You paid to watch a football match - they didnt deliver what you paid for even though the admit they failed to provide the service you paid for how can they not give you compensation at least a free pass for the next game - or do i miss something?
Just imagine if you went to the Cinema and half way through the film the projector broke. Do you think Cineworld would not offer a refund or a free ticket to come back - I think its the least they would do
Last season, half way through, you'd have been begging em not to make you watch any more. Do they still have projectors?

Ah now I remember those but I always used to go for a Zoom - in the days I used to get dropped off at the Cinema down at town end on Saturday Mornings - the one that wasnt the Odeon (Was it an ABC?) whilst mum and dad went shopping
