Looks like around 2,300. Brilliant support. My first trip to Scunny so looking forward to it. Heard the options for a pre-match pint are quite limited though.
Yeah it's a tight little ground. Mostly retail in the area. Not sure about pubs because I've always driven.
You probably won't get in The Iron Bar. I got told by the doorman to fvck off and take my whippet with me when I asked if they admitted away fans!
Lovely. I'll prob give that a miss then. Looks like the Berkeley Hotel or Old Farmhouse are only real options near the ground.
As DB says, but it's not quickest to exit. Some locals park on side of road as you come off roundabout from A181, which takes you up from motorway. Turn left at roundabout and find a spot up there. Not sure about retail parking. Probably best not risking
Retail park is like all the others - camera controlled, limited time to park. The car park next to the ground is like ours where they hold up your exit until all pedestrians have cleared the area. If you’re in no hurry it’s fine.
Stop and have a drink in Epworth, it's a lovely little town and the home of my wonderful 95 year old grandma bless her. It's only a 15-20 minute drive to the ground.
Wouldnt want to drink in Scumthorpe anyway. Like having a day out in Carlton Industrial Estate but somehow more depressing.
Dead easy, there’s a car park there. Takes forever to get out again though. I walked to the retail park (smack next to the ground) and got some food rather than sit in the car an hour last time. I’d got my food and ate it in the car before it had cleared last time.
Last time I went we came out of ground, turned left for a 50 yd walk to car only to find a row of plod blocking way. Made us walk round all 4 sides of ground. Pillocks.
Thanks all probably just head to the one at the ground in no rush to get out. Might follow @JamDrop example and go get some grub. If I'm early enough might see if I can see anywhere else first.
