If waghorn moves to Derby does that open the door for Bradshaw to move to Ipswich & with Adeboyejo also rumoured to have been given the ok to join either Stevenage or port vale on a season loan where would that leave Barnsley in the striker department apart from being ******

Where is the rumour regarding Adeboyejo from? Can't see us allowing Bradshaw to leave unless we have a replacement lined up, same goes for Adeboyejo.

It was posted on Twitter yesterday but I know you can’t always believe what you read on social media

Cheers. I think even if both Bradshaw and Adeboyejo stay we need another striker so would be worrying if we have no one in place. To be honest if we get offered around a million for Bradshaw I would be tempted to accept and try to get Chaplin from Portsmouth. Not sure else would be available. Wouldn't mind Armstrong back maybe.

I read a few comments on Saturday from Portsmouth fans saying it looked like Chaplin was saying his goodbyes after there game sounds a bit like what Hammill did at Derby IMG_0220.jpg

Interesting, think Coventry would still be favourites for Chaplin from what I've seen, but we should be able to match their offer if we choose. Only 11 days left until the window shuts so imagine we'll hear a lot more rumours this week.

I agree the Barnsley rumour mill will be at full steam ahead. Think Chaplin would be a surprise if we signed him

Their (Coventry) fans seem fairly certain he’s going there once Pompey get a replacement in.

See that there is a lot of championship interest in Kayden Jackson now too. Think we’ve got a 35% sell on so that could be some extra ££ in the bank.

I would hope we have another squad striker lined up. With the current squad and looking at how we have been setting up with Thiam, Bradders and Keiffer starting we definitely need some attacking option from the bench.

Yeah, I would be surprised if we did get him. But also think there's no reason why we couldn't if interested. Rumours of Jackson going to Ipswich, which may suggest Bradshaw is off their radar. I think if we really are holding out for decent money for Tom (e.g.1 mil), not many champ teams will be willing to pay it.

I think you’re right. Would be very surprised if any championship club paid more than £1m for Bradshaw. I just hope he sees the next year as a “shop window” exercise. I doubt he would sulk - wouldn’t do his welsh chances, or getting a decent contract next year, any good if he did.

Surprise is that people on here are suggesting 1million for Bradshaw is good money but nobody's questioning the 1.25million Ipswich are rumoured to be paying for Jackson? Bradshaw's record in comparison is miles superior to Jackson's

I wouldn't let Bradshaw go for less than £2 million in today's market. I still think we need at least one more striker as we are now so if Bradshaw were to leave and Victor go out on a season long loan then the striking cupboard would be pretty bare.
Let's hope there are some pleasant surprises in the pipeline in the ilk of the Dougall signing.....

I don’t think £1m for Bradshaw is good money. I just don’t think he’s the type of player who championship clubs are after. The value reflects him being in the last year of his contract.

I’m not sure Jackson is worth £1.25m. Not seen enough of him. But he seems to be very highly thought of at Accrington and has lightening pace. Which seems to be a highly sought commodity.

I’ve questioned it in another thread. Seems an incredible fee when comparing.
