    stunning save, and he’s played very well all tournament for me so far.

    Hopefully we can bounce through Sweden.

    They’ve already proved me wrong, which is unsurprising, and hope they go on and on.

    Whilst I stand by my feeling this is a poor squad talent wise, I keep liking them more. With the exception of Stirling, Alli and Lingard most of the others are quite likeable - particularly Kane and Southgate. Most I’ve liked an England Captain and Manager since Shearer and Venables in Euro 96.

    Edit. Was Adams captain. But Shearer was still our Talisman like Kane.

    I don’t dislike any squad member to be honest (except maybe Ashley young).

    I still think Alli and Sterling have a job to do at this World Cup, and I think Lingard has been pretty good so far.

    Actually Young is a diving git so yeah he’s quite unlikeable. Lingard played well against Panama but I’ve never thought he looks top international talent. But I know **** all about most things football related

    Its all opinions but in mine we're playing without a midfield every game. Stirling, Alli and Lingard offer very little and Kane has no supply.
    Yes I know Lingard scored a cracker against Panama but tonight those three offered nothing.
    Still.....so glad we beat those diving cheats.

    Pickford, Maguire, Stones (perhaps bias), Trippier, Kane are the only players I’ve been impressed with so far. Incredible that we are in the quarters. If the likes of Sterling, Alli, Lingard suddenly fire like I assume they are capable of (don’t watch premier league) then it could be exciting. Good luck to them all though. Done us proud tonight and how nice to see such joy on English footballers faces.
