    Two promotions and two play off finals isnt it? Also known for developing young talent. Agree he wouldnt be first choice but hardly scraping the barrel. As mentioned, probs off to MK dons anyway.

    I'd be happy with Tisdale. Done very well on a tiny budget at Exeter, develops players from within and seems to get his teams playing decent football.

    Tisdale is an excellent manager who has created success out of thin air. I’d be happy with him.
