Jose Morais but I think I'm warning to him a bit as the weeks go on.... Lets be fair he was left with a squad low on confidence and lacking quality but he seems to be slowly putting his stamp on things. It's not always pretty and we can't decent but at least we are looking competative and giving teams a game. Previously we we went games without scoring and things were looking really dour week in week out. If Jose keeps us up he's worked a miracle and deserves the backing of the fans now and hopefully next season in the championship.
I agree after the Bristol game I saw he was getting alot of stick. I thought to myself that is probley the most attacking we have played all season. We missed at least 3 sitters jose didn't jose didn't take a age to react to a looping header then flap. Been harshly criticised by some and if he keeps us up deserves alot of credit. First time we have scored 3 in a the league at home this season.
The second time. We beat Sunderland 3-0 back in August. I'd almost forgotten what it's like for us to score three times in a match at home!
Walking away from the ground I expected it to be bouncing but people were more in shock and saying they couldn't believe it.... Best game I've been to for a long time and my 4 year old lad loved it and can't wait for next weekend! I felt a bit emotional after the game walking away with it being close to what would have been my dad's 62nd birthday thinking he would of enjoyed that!!!
I don’t think he’s performed a miracle at all if he keeps us up. We were already out of the bottom 3 & had just signed 2 quality strikers in Moore & McBurnie. From his starting position he should’ve kept us up
We were on a terrible run when he took over easy to say hecky would have kept us up with moore and mcburnie but he showed no signs of this and has now sent Leeds into relegation form. Also we went in the bottom 3 after Burton jose had very little if any influence on the players.had he had only.just took.over.
Any HC that keeps this team up will deserve all the plaudits and credits it’s possible to give. I’m unconvinced by Jose but he can only play the hand he’s dealt. He took us over when we were 5th bottom so that has to be the benchmark to judge against. But putting that to one side we are a poor side so keeping us up would be little short of miraculous. What I would say is the entertainment factor has increased massively over the last few games so that’s a definite positive from me.
We were already out of the bottom 3 & we’ve added Moore & McBurnie. Form regularly changes throughout a season. How Leeds are doing is irrelevant to how Barnsley would’ve done. If he loses every game at Leeds it means nothing to how he would’ve done at Barnsley just like it means nothing if he wins every game at Leeds
