    So when the ball is thrown up in the air it doesn't bounce but when it's rolled along the floor to rolls perfectly well. If that's a reason to call a game off then it certainly isn't shyanythto do with safety unless they're worried that players won't bounce when they get thrown in the air

    If they had put as much effort into clearing the pitch as they have into getting their pitchside advertising running just for the inspection video then it wouldn't have been called off.

    Done a Derby County with a bad postponement. If a second tier club don't have the relevant equipment to get water off a pitch, we should be asking questions.
