    And good god what the hell was Davies doing for their second?! His attempted save was worse than what I saw live at the match! Our outfield players must be so pissed off knowing whoever is in goal is likely to concede at least one soft goal per game.

    I sit in the West Lower and immediately thought that it’d basically gone through Davies, almost as though he pushed it into the net. Happy to hold my hands up if that’s not the case as I haven’t seen the highlights but that’s how it appeared to me.

    Don’t think that was Davies fault. Flukey header that looped over him. Townsend wouldn’t have even got a hand on it.

    Just because Townsend is worse doesn't make Davies good should have done alot better with that it was a pathetic attempt. But so was McCarthys pedestrian closing down did he think We were playing walking football

    Right, just caught the highlights. There’s absolutely no way that he should be pushing that into the net. Horrendous.

    I’ve watched it about 10 times and still don’t think it’s his fault, nor does anyone I’ve spoken to. It would have been a wonder save had he pulled that off. All he could do was get fingertips to it.

    Just watched the highlights again and it’s a full hand not fingertips. I wish it wasn’t but unfortunately it is.

    At the game I thought from the East Stand that he would have had a job on to save it at full stretch. Watching it on the highlights confirms the opposite to my eyes and he should have stopped it comfortably.

    I can remember when his performances weren't just good, they were brilliant and I've been supportive of him. However, he needs to regain his form of 2015 and 2016 pronto. Personally, I think an immediate change of goalkeeping coach would be a no loss move.

    I don't think even his own Mum could argue that Vaughan hasn't singularly failed, so much so that Hecky didn't even take him to Leeds! We have Matt Murray on the books, let's use him to try and help Adam get his mojo back.
