To say we lost hecky monday players showed good character. Never a pen for them. Saw a goal in open play which I'm not used to, their keeper pulled off some good saves. Poor ref very biased.
Agreed. No luck - as usual. Dodgy penalty. Wildsmith kept them in it, along with less than clinical finishing. Only disappointment is we didn’t go for it more second half and take Gardner off for Mallan or Moncur. Take a point. Move on. New man in early next week hopefully and gets the team ready for Burton.
A point not enough especially at home. Best team first half then thought we were crap 2nd half with no creativity.A knackered Mcburnie is better than Bradshaw who just gets worse every game.Disappointed over all .
I thought we were great first half, McBurnie superb throughout and a brilliant individual goal - looks like he's going to be key to our survival chances. Izzy was on top form as well. Absolute joke penalty for them as usual. Second half I though we were flat and Wednesday, to be fair to them, came into it more and had their chances, Joao was a handful. Wrong subs from PH imo. Ref, as to be expected, failed to give us a penalty for an identical challenge which have Wednesday their penalty. He was awful throughout. 1-1 a fair result overall I think.
Exactly Jimbo, and this is/was the be all and end all for me today... we still failed to beat this 'alleged' dreadful Fowls team didnt't we and now we're finally into the drop zone after two-thirds into the season!.
Ohh Id love that Jim, if we could be 'dirty' or 'lucky' Barnsley because we're winning matches... we need to make it happen and very soon.
