Despite it being them tossers, I really don’t blame him. Since January 2017 he’s been dealt a **** hand, it’s slowed down his progress as a young head coach, this “plan” has been more of a hindrance and it’s no surprise we are verging on relegation.
If that's true, I'd be fuming if I were a Leeds fan. I obviously want Hecky to stay here but targeting someone with a 1 in 6 win ratio since this time last year...what on earth are they doing?
Anyone with any footballing knowledge knows he’s done a good job. The 3 main factors for me in any team are wage budget, experience & having a relatively settled team with no more than 3 or 4 changes to the team each season. He’s had none of them. It’s a miracle we aren’t dead & buried
Genuine question. What were Lee Johnson’s achievements? He had a team with one of the biggest wage budgets in the league sat in 12th place. How exactly could the club dress that up?
When he left the official site article made out that it didn't matter who was in the head coach role. Just be interesting to see if that attitude has changed if Hecky goes.
Relegation has been beckoning for some time. I don't think Hecky jumping ship will make things worse.
