.... would still be nowhere near enough to make one functioning brain.

And even if by some miracle the said brain did flicker into life, it would be immediately sent to Rampton, with little hope of release.

Ah! Because you don't agree with some posters? I see where you're coming from. But it is a FORUM thus differing views may appear from time to time

Cut me a bit of slack. I'm old and not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

    Yep.
Some fans only see the match and do not consider circumstances surrounding the match.
Things have to be explained to these fans on a regular basis on what's happening - and how events greatly effect what happens on the pitch.
Basically - Hecky is trying to build a new strikeforce into the team MID SEASON.
Which is going to be difficult to put together.

I'm all for constructive debate. Most of what's been espoused on here tonight has been hysterical knee jerk reactions, and when certain people have been asked to back up their comments, or had very reasonable questions put to them about what they would do differently or how they would solve any of the current problems, they've either resorted to insults or just conveniently ignored the question. Such "discussion" is not enjoyable.

That is indeed a worrying scenario. Do you have any views about how things should change?

Swine! Some wine went down my nose when you made me laugh! Luckily, it went back in the glass, so it won't go to waste!

I think we all know that if it had gone on the carpet you would have taken it up and wringed it out into the glass

I get that some posts are knee jerk reactions to recent performances but I also share their frustrations

Heckingbottoms record as manager since last jan is nothing short of abysmal and a lot of managers would’ve been sacked for less

He’s had x3 goes at building the team that got dismantled and still doesn’t know how to pick a winning formula

The team selected today was a pure reflection of why he keeps getting it wrong. I get that on the face, he needs to be optimistic and upbeat in interviews but surely should be quite worried deep down like us fans are

Possibly. Though after another frustrating defeat a little bit of witty banter on a Saturday night is surely allowed....?

Fair enough. My brain only flickers into life after 5 pints though. One more to go.
