The short term aim was always avoiding relegation whoever took over, and the fact is this squad is barely good enough to stay up. Yet we sell players rather than bring some in. We will go down with barely a whimper. Garbage!
Putting a lot of faith/pressure in/on anyone we do get in today that they will be able to single handedly keep us up.
Come on guys. Have a bit of faith. At least wait until the window shuts before slagging off the club we're all meant to support.
I like overreacting, comes as a nice surprise when I’m wrong, which is 99.9% of the time. 5-0 to QPR Saturday by the way
When asked about incoming players after the Fulham game Hecky said "if it's money they are after they need to be looking to league one" Looks like we have reason to worry if we end up back down.
We’ve had 4 months to identify and negotiate with the players we need, then 31 days to sign them and we’re still messing about at this time, we’ve got four in let about six go and we needed six to start with. Even the most blinkered of blinkered fans have to admit it’s a worry.
We’re not Barcelona, players agents check to see if better offers come in and clubs look for replacements before letting go. It’s just the way the business works for all but the very top clubs (status and money wise).
Forest arent fooking about unlike us True, and we might not be a championship club anall come May at this rate...
It would be more of a worry if it wasn't happening at every club up and down the country. As I posted last night, I hate the transfer window, and this is one of the reasons why. It just creates a false situation, with a farcical scrap at the end of the night. Some of the hissy fits on here from grown men/ women, are laughable. "love the Dinner is burning, you've ruined it." "What do you mean? I've not finished cooking it yet, it's still rare." "Yeah, but it looks like you're going to burn it if you don't watch it properly. It's ruined."
If your absolutely rubbish at cooking and you’ve burnt the dinner on a number of occasions before, surely it’s a little understandable when a bit of worry creeps in and conclusions are jumped to.
