I reckon the current lot would lose 3 or 4 nil. I don’t say that with any sniping at the current lot.

I think Bassetts team would have ripped play off team to bits. I also reckon Wilson’s team that got us to Prem would beat all of them. All subjective. No point going back and keep going over old ground.

Have you ever engaged a critical facility? Seems unlikely. I am neither a happy clapper like yourself or a professional glumarian. I suspect it is uncontroversial to regard a midfield comprising of Conor and Brownhill as being better than say Potts and Gardner. As for Chris he continually criticises Davies. Previously he cyber bullied George Smith. We have many promising defensive plyers. Not possibly yet at the standard of Mawson but within touching distance of Roberts. Current full backs are better than 2 years ago. It’s the offensive part of the game we struggle with and having a team pattern / plan that was very strong at tbe time which is now weak.
