Looked a bit tired but should have stated on in my eyes.... Seems most fans thought the same due to the boos when his number went up!
thats fair enough, and theres only one way hes going to get better fitness wise.... and its being given the full 90+ minutes. I think he just needs that lucky finish and a goal to spark him up a bit, he does seem to be a bit slow sometimes. I dont know if thats down to lack of fitness or confidence etc.
Are you joking? He had a goalbound shot blocked by our own man and was linking up really well in the second half. His performance was streets ahead of Bradshaw this afternoon.
There was one or two cracking bits of skill that created a half chance for (I think) Bradshaw. I couldn't work out what the thoughts behind taking him off were, as he didn't look particularly tired and looked like he was growing into the game.
Im not saying Bradshaw did owt either he was equally poor . Having shots blocked isnt a sign of playing well, hes a striker thats his job . He needs to start scoring cos thats also in the striker job description.
Completely agree with this one! Lot of people sat around me were slating him all match. I can only see him getting better and I hope he does just to prove the boos boy wrong!
Jesus. The minute he went off so did our attacking threat. Bradshaw worked hard though. Pity he is not quite up to Championship standard. They say God loves a trier. And so do Barnsley fans!
Heckingbottom just nailed it on Dee dar , Thiam doesnt attack the ball in the box blowing out of his arse after 20 minutes then got his second wind but ultimately never going to score.
You can only attack the ball in the box if the ball into the box is a good one which usually it is not
