Gary Gardner - a total waste of a shirt so far. Whether he improves in time who knows, but he shouldn't be here if that is all he has to offer Gary O'Connor - looked the complete centre forward at first. Powerful, knew where the goal was but.....it all went wrong. Luckily we didn't pay money for him Gary Jones - one of Keith's Rochdale favourites. Good build, strong tackle but completely out of his depth at our level and, like his manager, ended up back where he started. Any more Gary disasters? Can't get the Only Fools episode out of my mind now "Gary! Gary!!"
Gary Fleming blows that theory out of the water. Although he was injured for at least 50% of his Barnsley career, so you might have a point.
Rubbish. Gary Glavin, Gary Hignett and Gary Redfearn were 3 of the best players I've seen at Oakwell.
You'll be glad to know, they're a dying breed. Sorry that it's from the daily fail http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3022709/Garys-heading-extinction-28-babies-700-000-2013.html
Wouldn't mind trying to get that Welsh lad, Gary Bale in on loan though. He might fancy linking up with Tom and his mates
Ooops, yes you are right. The Rochdale Fail Mission seemed to go on for so long under Keith and Flicker and I completely forgot the other one!
Really? He signed in March 1990 and the last game he played for us was against Sheffield United in September 1995, making a grand total of 239 appearances. This persistently injured Gary Fleming you talk about certainly isn't the consistent, dependable player I remember.
Imagine having someone half as good as Fleming in the team now? Taggart, Davies and Fleming would be like having 3 Beckenbauer's compared to our currnt shower!
