The key part in that sentance is "just not as wealthy". If you think we should try compete with these clubs and rack up the debt to chase the premiership dream, you must be mad.
You've put words into my posts again. You seem to make a habit of it, ******* pack it in. My point is that BFC are no different, just on a smaller scale
Yeah no diffrent exept our owner is worth 70 million which in football terms is peanuts when middlesbrough have spent about 25% of that in just this window alone. And bristols owner is a billionaire. And I said IF that's what you think I never said that was your opinion.
It's like saying we have our own Dr xia just on alot smaller scale.... it doesn't quite work when your in the same division and they don't bat a eye lid at spending 15 million on one player and our record transfer fee is 1.5 million 20 years ago. I'm a little bit similar to roman abramavic in money terms just on a little bit of a.smaller scale. I played abit myself when I was younger I was like Messi just on a smaller scale....
Answer this, if you're capable of a moment of lucidity; Who covered the loss of £1 million shown in the last set of books? Without whom BFC would surely have been in serious trouble.
Im just going to your levels of "smaller scales" and to answer your question patrick cryne covered that and to my knowledge he put the funds in to sign a few of the players scince we were relegated to league one (but not scince.promotion) one thing that cost the club alot is the academy I don't know the exact figure but I think it's over 1million per year. So that's maybee where the loss is coming from but if patrick wants the accademy and he is funding it then so be it.
Lets be right It's completely diffrent though we are in the same league as bristol the championship. The last time patrick bailed us out was league one. Patrick as big as his love for bfc is he is never going to be able to compete financially with Dr xia the lady boys at wednesday or bristols owner and that's just 3 off top of my head. So they is no point even trying to compare patrick isn't in the same league financially as those.
You'll probably struggle to see players like Mbappe, Cavani, Veratti and Di Maria gracing the field at Boundary Park.
