    It cuts both ways though doesn't it. We simply don't know. Speculating constantly that we are the issue is a little short sighted. We've already signed 8 players so can't be completely in the wrong.

    We have a great scouting team in Britain.
    We don't know anything about what's happening in France.
    We haven't had time since the Ganaye appointment to set up a scouting team in France.
    So to find if these recommended French players are any good - I was expecting a shed load of French trials at Barnsley pre season.
    Surely others on here have been thinking along the same lines???
    But there's been nothing.

    I think that if others were thinking along the same lines they'd probably already have said so in one of the dozens of other threads you've started on this exact same subject since our new CEO arrived.

    I'm sure if foreign players that can improve the squad became available and within our budget he'd be recommending them.

    Don't just bring them in because they've got a sexy accent.
