Would you take him Back? I know some will say what he did was unforgivable, but you're guaranteed goals with him.
I would as he's a good goalscorer at this level but I don't think he'd come and I don't think Hecky would have him here.
Difficult one to answer. Do I wish he was still our player? Yes. Would we want him back? Probably not. How good actually is he when Hourihane isn't gift wrapping all his chances for him? And it's since come to light that he was an all round mardy arsed tw@t who disrupted the unity the group had. We need a goal scorer, and he's the best we've had in more than a generation, but I'd be inclined to say no. (And that's putting THAT **** celebration to the back of my mind too)
The impact on the dressing room alone is enough to be a no never mind all the other petulant sh*t he got himself wrapped up in. If you're saying you'd have him back you might as well want Chris Morgan back in a coaching capacity.
Unless he did a Brian Howard and said it was the worst mistake of his life, I think I'd be physically sick if we even tried to sign him back!
For footballing ability yes but for disruptiveness and all round **** human being ness no. Sent from my iPad using Barnsley FC BBS Fans Forum
definate NO but then he wouldn't want to come back he's better than us and happy to earn more money sitting on his backside
From rumours we have heard he could be prone to disrupting the " harmony" of the changing room. Also the way "someone " leaked the photograph of him at Wednesday when we were still grieving for Norman was an absolute disgrace and whether it was deliberate or not it was insensitive in the extreme. If he'd have had anything about him he should have attended Rimmos funeral and then allowed that photograph to be released at least a couple of days later instead of putting himself in front of others. Unfortunate, ill advised and for me unforgivable and so it's a no from me.
certainly said he deeply regretted it and was seen celebrating like crazy when Bogdanovic (yes ironic) scored against them on sky
I wouldnt be so petty about the idea of him ever coming back to us (if it did ever happen), yes he was a great goalscorer and we dont find those sort of players too often do we.
Disgraceful to call being angry at him taking the headlines away from the funeral of rimmo moving to a local rival petty. It's beyond football and deserves to be remembered.
