    To be honest though I think Sunderland could have done better!

    Perhaps it's indicative of the huge cost cutting exercise going on there, despite their parachute payments?
    Oh, and the fact they couldn't afford Hecky!:D

    Well I also thought they were going for a nobody in Derek McInness at Aberdeen, what exactly was or is the appeal to him when he flopped at Bristol City in this division!
    I just wish we could have a slice of those parachutes though lol.

    Anyway, who do we reckon the Nobbers will go for now that Larry has left them... Danny Wilson, Keith Hill, Simon Davey, or Dave Flicker when Swindon have sacked him ? :D

    Apparently Ellis Short is not intending to sell Sunderland now.
    He is paying PNE £750k in compensation for appointing Grayson as his new boss.
