    I did a 23 mile training walk last week... a gruelling walk that was!

    Big respect to what all of you are doing for a great cause. It's a subject that sadly still has a stigma to it because males generally put on a front and feel they aren't 'blokey' enough if they have to talk about feelings when something is bothering them. Anything that can be done to change this mindset and improve quality of life is a brilliant thing.
