Just to clarify the position for everyone. Two posters, myself and Lepton Red, have agreed to underwrite the necessary amount of £1036 for the large 9m flag and split the shortfall between us. This means the funds are available NOW and the flag can be ordered, once a design is chosen. I believe that since Brush has started this project, set up the donation website and got quotes etc, he should the one to make the final decision on the design. Obviously we all have our opinions, but unless someone makes a decision we will run out of time. Donations can continue once the flag has been ordered, which will reduce the burden on our pockets, and any excess will be put to a poll on here for a donation to a charity of our choice. I hope that clarifies the situation.
