The two Andys. They were quite a partnership up front.

Bullimore goals were like rocking horse s**t, he got one in 2 seasons to be precise....

Now the little grey cells have come out of retirement and started to do a bit of work, I think you're right, old mate.

Is my memory playing tricks, or was there a game around that time at Oakwell where we drew 1-1 with them and if they'd lost they'd have been relegated? - I *think* Keegan was in charge of them.

Not that I recall mate , the only 1.1 draw with owt riding on it was the arse end of the previous season. Newcastle were lower midtable but we needed three points for our play off push ,Gavin peacock scored a belter for them and despite throwing everything we had at them in the second half we only managed a late equaliser from Mark Smith , sithi

Remember Curries goal against Newcastle at oakwell?

Bamboozled two players withing a yard in front of the Brewery Stand, charged infield and curled a beauty into the far top corner.

    What a player!

Was it John Burridge in goal for them? Mick Quinn equalised in last minute.https://youtu.be/-kgV3tDOo2o

Just read Newcastle have only won 1 of last 15 at Oakwell. 5-0 back in 83!

The only goal I remember Currie scoring at Oakwell against Newcastle is the one in Metatarsal's link, mate.

Not Newcastle, but the goal you described Currie scoring reminded me of this one against Birmingham. It's about 2min 12s in. Les Sealey in goal for Birmingham. Had a blinder.

My mate was saying the Currie goal came in the 3 0 win. Can't find anything to confirm though.
