    Aye we play like complete strangers who have little idea how to provide an attacking threat. Team selection seems skews to nullifying the opposition rather than actually trying to win. Disappointing.

    It's not what he means and you know it.

    It's the use of elaborate schemes to avoid tax often using loopholes in tax rules highlighted by those that wrote them.

    Are they complicated schemes to avoid tax?

    Self employed people and by that I assume you mean company directors, pay themselves via PAYE to use their tax free allowance. Clue is in the title.
