York marathon completed

    Well guys I managed to do it.
    Brilliant day.
    Brilliantly organised.
    Brilliant crowds.

    Great course. Did hit the wall between miles 18 and 20 and some how managed to lift myself for the last 6 miles.

    3 hrs 43 mins 50 seconds.

    Also at this moment in time I am currently at £599 raised for my two charities Parkinson's Uk and Camps international.

    I would like to thank you all for your support and generosity these last few weeks.
