I was been sycastic when he left us he said it was to go to a club he loved and had unfinished business there..... I have no doubt he will drop them like a stone if villa are interested just like he has done to oldham and us
Can't see why he'd want to go there to be honest, other than the fact that he likes jumping from club to club. Sent from my phone using my hands
I know that LJ has zero loyalty to anyone but himself, but surely even he would not be mad enough to go to Villa from Bristol City. He seems to be liked at City, will have a bit of time to see if he can achieve (although not forever). Villa, if they indeed do sack Di Matteo after a few games, will be edging towards "basket case" - he would surely need to impress immediately if he were to even last the season out. Can't see it myself.
Villa are heading the same way as Leeds I reckon. Former giants, plodding around the lower leagues for years on end. Unless, of course, they get the next appointment right and somehow manage to claw their way back up to the Premier. Can't see that being Lee Johnson. He's too English and too small, literally
Can't see it, he's a sensible bloke and as everyone else is, will be aware of the situation at villa Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
He jumps from club to club so he's not at a club long enough to take responsibility for any failings. He will however claim he built the foundations of any success. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Leaping from club to club is not a great way to make sure you don't leave anywhere with unfinished business.
