    I bet the vast majority of clubs have something dodgy going on in them, there's too much money around for there not to be I'm afraid.

    As much as I didn't rate Dawson you can't bring up that. Nothing ever came of it
    He was simply interviewed and questioned. To mention it is simply not fair to him.

    I was completely unproven allegation

    Its rather like referring Bobby Moore the shoplifter

    Scored his first goal for us the day he was cleared.

    His performances also dramatically improved afterwards.

    Garry O'Connor was found out after he left us wasn't he?

    Stephen Dawson was also cleared of any wrongdoing if I remember right.

    Also If you study any football club you will find some sketetons you only see the Barnsley ones because you are paying close attention - do you know that Plymouth or Bristol City for example havent got similar issues if you look back over the last 20 years?

    At least we havent had any murderers or rapists playing for us (at least not that we know about)
