I think it will be someone older, the job is a career threat for anyone under 60, unless it is Southgate, because he is in the system.

It's nowhere near the biggest job in football.

There is nothing that even comes close. Biggest job in football by quite some distance.

Oh aye, managing a third rate national team with wholly unrealistic expectations. Reyt job that, I bet Guardiola, Mourinho and Klopp have been rushing to fax their CVs to the FA this morning.

Both Guardiola and Mourinho have applied for the job in the past so that puts your theory to bed doesnt it...

Not at all, that was years ago and you said that it is the biggest job in football, not that it was the biggest job in football. The attractiveness and prestige of the job has fallen precipitously in recent years.

You only need to look at the bookies favourites for the job. I doubt Pardew, Southgate or Bruce would be high on the list of candidates for the Barca or Real job...

Thats because they bookies know what morons work at the FA. This is a group of people who appointed Roy ****ing Hodgson over Guardiola afterall.

Do you really believe that Guardiola, Mourinho, Klopp and Wenger working together could get the current England team past the 1/4 finals of a competition?

I believe any half decent manager could get us to the final of the next two competitions, no problem. As always, the quality is there. As always, we appoint clueless, inept fools to manage them.

No chance, the England job hasn't been the biggest job in football for decades and Pochettino has arguably one of the best, most promising teams in the Prem

The interest of all the biggest managers in the world would suggest it is still the biggest.
