Striker conundrum

    So far this season, all of our strikers have performed better as impact subs than they have when starting games. Winnall joined the list this evening.

    It's good that we have strength in depth to be able to rotate them but none of them so far have seized their chance when given the start.

    Personally, I think Watkins (as a striker, not a winger) with Armstrong is the pair I'd choose on Saturday but it's by no means clear cut. I think a pace/height combo is our best starting option. We definitely need a 2nd striker, based on tonight's performance and starting formation.

    I thought Bradshaw with no support was excellent tonight be harsh to drop him.

    I too thought Bradshaw played well on his own. Won everything.
    Any combination of the four strikers can be justified at this point really.
