Would rather stop buying bog paper and use £20 notes instead

Be nice Sky giving current customers these offers since we've been funding them for years

Is it better than £30/m for everything? As that's been advertised this week on various mail to me.

    Wouldn't dream of it

I was with Sky for 10 years or so and must have spent literally thousands of pounds in that time. I was paying about £100 a month when I packed it in.

If you're prepared to just leave, you're in the driving seat. I phoned and they couldn't offer me the deal I asked for. So I left. Fast forward 6 months and I'm back with them, on a deal better than the one they initially wouldn't give me.

We had half price deal for last 6-7 years , but finally left last sept . Plenty of other options around and all cheaper than even the half price deals

Sky is a bargain. 24/7 sport for the monthly price of roughly watching one 90 minute football match in person.

No. Can't say it seems worth the extra £12/m from what I've seen.

Get yourselves a Sly TV dodgy box for £150 one off payment - http://slytv.co.uk/

Sky are complete rip off merchants, and completely ruining football!

Isn't that just card sharing though? How can they guarantee 12 months, when Sky are retuning channels all the time? I would say tread carefully shelling that kind of money out. Personally prefer URL based streams, which can be used across many and multiple devices

We've just ordered an android box to try. If we can get all the stuff we get from sky, then sky's getting canceled.

    It'll save me almost £900 a year.

Massive saving and things like Exodus are amazing. Don't expect the Sky experience though. It's still not as slick. But granted, it's a hell of a lot cheaper

Does it take a bit of finding stuff mate? . . . Or is everything listed and easy to find?

I think it's being delivered tomorrow. I don't really know what to expect

Cancel and set up with your partners name etc

I've done this for last 7 years now and not paid no more than £40 for everything other than movies . This includes hd and Multiroom. Only downside you pay 30 for activation when you set up again but you get your money back after first payment

This way you get new customer benefits every year

Everybody thinks its as easy as plugging in and finding every sky channel in full HD and end up being disappointed.

I've had them for the last 3 years and they still frustrate the hell out of me. I always tell people who are interested in buying one do your research first.

Find out the best addons for live TV and movies, be prepared to wipe the box as it will be full of old crap. When it's good it great but when it's not it frustrates the hell out of you
