    This isn't a pop at any of our other strikers, but more me singing Marley's praises.

    We could put Adam Davies upfront alongside Marley Watkins, and Davies would score 20 goals this season.

    Watkins must be an absolute dream to play alongside as a striker.

    I agree completely. The way he's playing it must be Watkins plus one up front. I just hope he stays fit all season.

    The only positive about his injury last season was Fletcher came into the team, he's the unsung hero of this team alot of the time and without him he'd be alot less effective

    Gonna have a job on our hands getting him to sign a new contract. I'd say we've half a dozen out of contract end of this season that will due to being available for free, get offered great deals to sign elsewhere. For each of Hourihane, Winnall, Davies, Scowen and Watkins we get signed up it will feel like a new signing.

    Winnall loves playing with Marley and I'm pretty sure Sam scores more goals when they're partnered up front. Good to see Marley is finally getting the praise he deserves. :)

    Taken the step up to the Championship in his stride. It says a lot about the lad that most fans would have him in the starting XI alongside any of our three natural goalscorers, rather than be displaced by them.

    Sparky let me know today that he has ordered my ticket online. So glad to hear this as if we carry on the way we are playing this game could end up a sell out.

    Really looking forward to this game. I just love games under the lights. Adds so much more to the atmosphere.
