Agreed, I feared we'd lose him or scowen. Now let's quietly go about our business picking up points under the radar.

Bit late for that. We're the most rapidly progressing club in the league and everyone seems to know it.. :)

Resigned to the inevitability of losing him but hope we can hang on to him all season. He is so integral to the team.

I also worried that we might receive bids for Roberts

I think that the board and management have done a good job in keeping the key signings under wraps as well. I suppose that the Ariyibi one leaked out, but that was Chesterfield trying to up the ante. It looks as though the Celtic lad has come instead of Ariyibi - similar player. I don't know much at all about the Celtic player, but the other four all look sterling acquisitions to me and they will certainly strengthen the squad in exactly the areas in which we needed cover, or replacement. Looks like Morsy for Moncur. George must have thought that he was a shoe-in for the first team starting place (so did I), but it hasn't worked that way. I still think that a committed Morsy will be better for us than a disaffected Moncur.

Is it time for the board to stick a huge carrot in front of his nose!!
Get him signed up, if only to increase his value to us... it's inevitable we'll lose him but just a years extension gives us a great position to make a killing..
Even if we offer him a percentage of the sale value.
    If that's even possible!

If he can avoid serious injury, I believe keeping Conor will be integral in us staying in the division this season.
