    I've heard we will sign players no later than Wednesday night. Either be on loan or permanent.

    Dun't matter when they sign...

    as long as its before the deadline, due to the International break we have plenty of time..... but I just hope that we sign around 4 players. If some are loans then so be it. But for once the international break does all clubs a good favour.

    Hows it work this season?
    I've heard people talking about it but how is it different to last season?

    There's been a change but what does that involve - for example, are we able to bring loan players in after Wednesday?

    Has any changes been made during the January window?

    not sure Nudge...

    I am not certain if there is a further period for loans, but as far as my dim brain understands is that its permanent signing deadline on Wednesday... also I have read that the Emergency Loan thing has been scrapped. But up until last season there was a transfer deadline and then a week or so later a loan window opened.This season I think its been altered a lot.

    You can only sign contracted players on either loan or permanent during either of the transfer windows, special dispensation can be given to sign a goalkeeper on loan if needed, but only free agents can be signed outside windows if they were released before the end of the last window

    And barring emergency loan goalkeepers, I believe all loan deals are season long? Is this correct?

    So no short term loan until Christmas?

    Leaves us carrying some serious deadwood if we drop on a Connor Wilkinson or Dan Crowley.
