If you didn't already know and are at all interested there is a 4 part documentary about Scottish Football being shown. I'm not in any way trying to big up Scottish Football as that I'm afraid would be a pointless exercise but it could be an interesting view for any football minded person. As I said its on BBC1 SCOTLAND.
Suppose I ought to watch it as it could be the start of my acclimatisation process for when I move up there following Brexit and Scottish independence. Hooch aye the noo ( I think.)
Correct. No Sky in my house. I hasten to add that there is no chance of watching my team this season on tv as we now play in the minor leagues. So I don't really bother watching any Scottish Prem highlights. Of little interest to me this year.
Will be on Iplayer as well though I'm looking forward to it. Scottish football used to be full of larger than life charcters seems to have shrunk in recent years which is a shame.
I will take a look at that Matey, probably on catchup though. I for one enjoyed the fare served up by Scottish football when I was at RAF Kinloss ( over 12 years up there) and not just mainstream either... I used to go regular to watch Forres Mechanics in the highland league... agreat afternoon out too... I was also there when Cally and Thistle merged and got into the full league..... look at them now. Some on here Poo Poo the Scottish leagues... I for one saw some very good games and had some great times doing so.
The single worse game I have seen in England, Scotland and Germany involved Dundee United last season. Sorry Ian
But you forgot to mention our opposition that day. Your beloved Hamilton Accies. And I made the visit to Oakwell to witness another couple of horror shows. Shrewsbury and Crewe, both 2-1 defeats. Sorry John.
I genuinely think the only shot on target that game was the awful penalty from the Accies. At least you got goals at your horror shows
I'm just looking through my stats, my previous Dundee United games were a 5-1 and 4-1 loss in 2011 and a 2-1 defeat in 2009 at Celtic
Maybe a boring 0-0 wasn't so bad after all I'm sure I've seen them play at Fir Park too, but don't seem to have recorded it on my list.
