Do clubs usually have some kind of insurance for long-term injuries?

    Ryan Williams and now D'Almeida...must cost a few bob if not, especially when they are players who've hardly played for us.

    Probably insurance on both sides - a career ending injury could cost a players a lot of money - potentially millions for the top players - as well as the clubs investment in the player.

    Insurance is usually for career ending injury and both player and club will be covered.
