People need to be realistic

He's a wind up merchant on here but in person a lovely lad, so I been told.

 

He is a lovely lad and he's BFC through and through. He actually goes home and away. I respect his opinion a lot more than someone who's decided to jump on the bandwagon and buy their first ever season ticket. Fair enough, he goes a bit far sometimes and I find it difficult to defend this thread, but he is a passionate lad who unfortunately seems to attract the bad side of a lot of posters.

 

If he didn't ignore genuine replies and arguments towards his opinions/stats he'd be taken more seriously. The fact is though he misses anything out what proves him wrong or then he will basically call people stupid when they have a different opinion or if they don't quite know certain players from other clubs as well as he does, especially young uns from the big clubs

 

He seems like he has just read a coaching manual and never admits to being wrong , also seems to target a few of our players every year to criticise at any time and on any post . But suppose we all have different opinions and he does get a debate going .

 

Nothing wrong with an opinion. Think the point is he makes it repeatedly. More than can be tolerated by most. Any forum has a rule not to open topics about the same subject as it is frustrating for everyone else. Hemsworth opens new topics about his own opinion most days or weeks.

Think those defending free speech are missing what is annoying most posters. This board had lost a lot of folk because they are sick and tired of a minority dominating discussions with repeated and increasing regularity. There is now a term for it. It isn't free speech. We all have that. It's trolling. Or spamming. Whatever you choose to describe monopolising a message board for personal gratification at the expense of the majority.

 

5 years ago, maybe even more, this board was a right laugh. It's gone massively downhill as we have lost a lot of characters. I know a lot who have given a similar reason for not posting anymore, nowt to do with Hemsy.

 

It was brilliant when the likes of thefullponty etc posted, especially when he posted his Friday feight neet..now it's just people like Hemsy who post rubbish

 

Yep, people actually spent their Friday nights on here, that's how much fun it used to be!

Even the female posters like Cazi would get involved and it was a good laugh. Those days are long gone.

 

Hourihane is good in enough for the qulifiers. HE'S SCORED 2 in 4 games the carson OG came from hourihane's banging shot 2 in 4 against to clubs for BARNSLEY is great so that's why I disagree

i also agree with LDRed that we have lost a whole host of posters for reasons that are nothing to do with hemsy.You cant have a laugh anymore without someone taking offence,or someone trying to make out someone is illiterate because there grammer isnt fcukin university standard.People calling for others to be banned,**** me,you have to wonder whether they are grown men or just someone straight out of sixth form.

its easy to avoid any ramblins' if you want,just ignore the thread,theres absolutely no need to look at it.
