    Ben Pearson also rarely gets a start for Preston.

    Wish we still had him as left back cover. Would be one less signing to look to make. Would be even better if he was a right back as both of ours so far haven't exactly covered themselves in glory so far.

    As I understand it we couldn't offer him regular 1st team football so he didn't sign the contract.
    Because he delayed signing it we retracted it as we couldn't wait any more.

    George is a decent league 1 defender but limited going forward, which is what we require from our fullbacks.
