    The more he plays for Everton (and England) the more money we get.

    The first 2 definitely, the 3rd a possibility and the 4th, in my opinion no chance. Not because he isn't a good player but there's people like Chambers, Iorfa, Hause, Holding, Gomez and Galloway who are all younger and are already in the England set up.

    I did say "*could*". The chances of all of those kicking to full international on are slim - injuries, loss of form, etc. It is only an outside chance, but with a move to a lower PL team and continued improvement he could go on to a top-tier team and step up to the national side. Stranger things have happened in the past (Vardy, Bull, Lambert, etc).
