    That's a different kettle of fish, shortening the name while typing on the BBS like people did with LJ and PH(Phart).

    It's always made me cringe, all that "Stevie G" crap, absolutely detest it.

    Longy is Kevin Longs name.

    Conor or Skipper is Hourihanes name.

    Robbo is Roberts name.

    I don't put them because they're shorter I put them because that's the names they go by at the club and probably in their social groups.
