    Quite a good point made too. 3 years ago today Di Matteo was MK Dons manager and they lost 1-0 at home to Walsall

    Well I certainly fall into the hate em camp, but I can't deny they've defended magnificently tonight, and deserve to go through. Serves Barca right really for their failure to take chances and worse still their stubborn refusal to change their approach play. Look at how much of their own time they wasted passing it from one flank to the other looking for gaps that were clearly not going to appear given how Chelsea had lined up after half time.

    i was in barcelona on a biking holiday in 2006 when barca won arsenal in the champions league final....which barca won...
    las ramblas in barcelona was turned into one of the biggest riots i've ever seen,and they won,god knows what it will be like tonight

    Has anyone denied that then?

    Barca could have won comfortably tonight and I have to say that they were really unlucky, but Chelsea fought bravely and took their chances... so in a way I think that they deserved to get through.
    I can't normally stand Chelsea, but now that Terry won't be playing in the final, I might even have a little sympathy for them... especially if they get Real Madrid in the final. Of course I want Bayern (the least bad of the remaining teams) to win tomorrow and lift the trophy in the final though!

    I am a Chelsea hater, basically because of a few players, well Terry mainly, and they way Roman throws his money about, but hats off to them tonight they were excellent. Once Terry had gone off I almost found myself wanting them to win, bit of a bonus for me that the odious tw@t won't be at the final.
